Perfect food, perfect friendlyness, perfect pool (25m) for swim-training, perfectly situated, perfect bike-facilities. The rooms are a bit 1990ish, the beds squeaky - but everything ist neat & clean. Perfect for iff-season-sports-stays - bzt I think I would not survive one day i. The area during peak-season. (Been here fir the 5th time now)

One of the best value bike hotels in Italy. Situated at the end of a quiet road by a delightful pine forest running down to the beach, this hotel is perfect for a cycling or activity holiday. I have been going for many years and will continue to do so. The owners are lovely and will do what they can to help you along with their excellent staff. The food is exceptional value, especially the evening meal that has a superb salad buffet, pasta cooked in front of you, delicious homemade soups and excellent main courses with delicious meat and fish and a large selection of nicely cooked vegetables. There is a top quality full sized swimming pool that is perfect for serious swimmers training for triathlons or just for relaxing in. Bike storage is very secure and monitored by CCTV and there is a air compressor for your tyres together with a good workbench and stand (bring your own tools although the owner will tell you where the excellent local bike shops are) The rooms are relatively simple but exceptionally clean with nice bathrooms with a good quality shower, a good flat screen TV and plenty of storage space. Some have mentioned the thin walls and that is true but this is a hotel where most people are very active during the day and it soon gets quiet at night. The wi-fi has recently been upgraded and is fast and reliable throughout the hotel. The rooms have nice balconies and some have fabulous views of the first and sea. The local town of Cesenatico is beautiful by the canal and there is much to see in the region. It is absolutely superb for cycling with a short warm up ride before you get in the the most fabulous countryside. The hotel offers exceptional value for money and I hope to be returning for many years to come.

Bring your earplugs. Got a tiny room with paper-thin walls next to the elevator. Got up at 6,30 both mornings when people started moving around. Told this to the owner on checkout and got a "it has a bed, it has a toilet so it's a room" reply. Must have studied customer service in the Soviet Union... The location is good, the pool is nice and the breakfast is good.
